If you choose the full package - or if you choose the 15-Day Cleanse and/or the 6-Week Healthy Weight Management Program in the a la carte menu you will receive premium effective and highly absorbable nutritional supplements as part of the program.
The supplements and nutrients will be shipped to all participants prior to the start date. They are dairy free, gluten free and vegan!
The cleanse involves 2 smoothies a day and other nutrients for digestion and detoxification. There is also a guide book that discusses all aspects of the program from allowed foods to meal ideas.
The use of the supplements will be covered in detail in our zoom sessions.
Nothing! Just groceries! And I will provide a shopping list for you.
This health program is available only to residents of Oregon.
Yes! If you are unable to make a live session, or want a refresher, you will have access to all the recordings for the forseeable future.
The short answer is no! If you are looking for health gains during pregnancy or breastfeeding, please consider other options.
You will focus on whole, nutrient-dense, colorful foods while on the 8-week program (and beyond!). I will recommend that you avoid gluten, dairy, and sugar, as these foods can contribute to inflammation and are common sensitivities. After the program, you are free to reintroduce gluten and dairy, however, I will encourage you to minimize or avoid sugar going forward.
Absolutely! I will recommend 30 minutes of movement each day. During the Zoom sessions, I will discuss exercise in more detail, helping you find the best exercise plan for you.
Most likely. It helps to be where you can go grocery shopping and/or find restaurants with heathy options. If you do the cleanse and/or heathy weight management program, you can take the smoothie packets and use a shaker cup to continue the smoothies (or use a blender if you have access to one). The protein powder mixes well with water or non-dairy milk.
It depends. This is not a weight loss program. It is about hitting “reset” and optimizing your metabolism and body composition. Past participants have lost between 3 and 15 pounds during the 8-weeks, with many participants continuing to lose weight after the program. Reducing the number on the scale is not the “goal” of this program. It’s about creating new habits for lifelong health.
Yes! This is why we do this program in a group format. You will not be alone! You can modify meals to stick with the program. For example, if having burrito night, you can have a burrito bowl instead of a tortilla. Skip the cheese and have extra guacamole! Best scenario? Get your spouse or partner to do the program with you!
Yes (phew!). You are allowed one cup of coffee a day. Just no added sugar or cream. Try oat milk or other non-dairy (no sugar added) creamer. Might take some adjusting at first, but I bet you will not go back!
Yes. I will give you tools and suggestions for breaking the sugar addiction and being free of its grasp once and for all.
For the first 1-3 days, you might notice more fatigue, a slight headache, or even flu-like symptoms. This is normal. Your body is detoxing and you are removing many of the foods that have been a staple in your diet for so long (like sugar and pizza). Once you start eliminating these toxins, you should notice less brain fog, more energy, and less bloat.
Yes, please continue your current medications while on the program. With regards to supplements, I am happy to discuss these with you individually, and highly recommend that you sign up for the 3 individual sessions with me for optimal guidance and support.
